Make sure you get our e-mails for the Court!
To prevent SPAM, e-mail services now have special features that can be set according to your preferences. Internet providers like AOL, Yahoo!, and MSN Hotmail have developed SPAM filters to give you greater control over what e-mails are delivered to you. Unfortunately, these filters can sometimes block e-mails you wish to receive, unless you add them to your e-mail address book.
When you registered with the court, you supplied an e-mail address which will be utilized when sending out all court documents as they relate to you. These documents are in the 'djvu' file format. If you have not downloaded and installed the free plugin from Cuminas' web site, do so now, so you can view or print out these documents today.
Some Internet Service Providers (ISP) may not be able to process these e-mail attachments thus tagging them as either Spam or Viruses. It is important for you to include the court's domain and e-mail address (ClerkOfCourtsName@ghmc.org) in your address book, in order to ensure receipt of e-mails from our site. Garfield Heights Municipal Court domain ghmc.org is used only to send you court e-mails, do not use this email address when communicating with the court. If you need to communicate with the court electronically please use our free 'e-filing' procedure. You should add the domain addresses 'ghmc.org' to your 'safe-list', 'white-list', or address book to ensure these emails do not 'bounce off' of any filters in place by your ISP.
