Judge Sergio I. DiGeronimo

Judge DiGeronimo was appointed to the Garfield Heights Municipal Court by Governor DeWine in December, 2021. Prior to joining the Court, he served as the City of Brecksville’s Assistant Law Director, Assistant Prosecutor, and Prosecutor for over 25 years.

In addition to serving the City of Brecksville, Judge DiGeronimo’s experience includes a private law practice representing individuals and businesses, with a concentration in real estate related matters.

Judge DiGeronimo received his Juris Doctor Degree from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1989, and his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Baldwin-Wallace College in 1986.
